How are corporate logos handled?
It's easy to have your corporate logo printed on our customized labels. After ordering your labels, simply e-mail a hi-resolution Illustrator, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, or PDF file to customerservice@giftlabel.com and we will incorporate it into your label.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Pernod Ricard USA and GiftLabel.com will try our best to accommodate special requests. Contact customerservice@giftlabel.com with a detailed description of your requirements.
Can I get customization in color?
The holiday images designed for this program are available only in black and white. However, we can print your corporate logo in color for an additional charge. Contact customerservice@giftlabel.com for more details.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Delivery time is normally 15 business days from the time you place your order, but is shortened to 10 business days between November 16, 2004 and January 1, 2005.
How are orders shipped?
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class mail.
How do I apply my label?
The labels come with application instructions. They are designed to stick easily over the current label on the bottle. Simply affix each label on the appropriate bottle.
What happens if there is a mistake?
GiftLabel.com promises the highest quality and accuracy in our labels. If we have made a mistake in your order, Contact customerservice@giftlabel.com. We'll correct the problem and send you new labels.
Can you rush an order?
GiftLabel.com will do whatever possible to meet your needs. For rush orders, please contact customerservice@giftlabel.com before placing your order on the website to confirm details and delivery time.

This program is open to all United States based companies and corporations. The only additional requirement is that there be a minimum order of 12 labels (1 case).

Can I change the text within a brand or marquee?
No, because this is a corporate gift label program, we cannot vary the text within a specific label.
